ADL Report Card Reflects F&M鈥檚 Commitment to Jewish Life on Campus
顶级国产视频 & Marshall College has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 (ADL) Campus Antisemitism Report Card, a national initiative evaluating how colleges and universities support Jewish students and respond to antisemitism.
F&M was awarded a 鈥淏鈥 (Better Than Most) grade on the 2026 report card, the first year the College has been evaluated in the scorecard鈥檚 three-year history. ADL鈥檚 latest report card assesses 150 schools based on 32 criteria, categorized into 鈥淧ublicly Disclosed Administrative Actions,鈥 鈥淛ewish Life on Campus,鈥 and 鈥淐ampus Conduct and Climate Concerns.鈥
鈥淲e鈥檙e proud of our progress,鈥 says Rachel Singer, director of the Klehr Center for Jewish Life. 鈥淔&M is performing well above the national average, but we know there is still work to be done. We鈥檙e committed to doing everything we can as an institution to continue building meaningful and rewarding experiences for our Jewish community.鈥
Jewish Life on Campus
The College鈥檚 Klehr Center for Jewish Life, home to , opened in 2008. The campus community also includes and Zeta Beta Tau, a Jewish Greek life organization.
The Klehr Center is a vibrant hub for Jewish life on campus. It welcomes F&M students, staff, and alumni of all faith traditions to participate in community observances, celebrations, and educational programming to enrich campus dialogue and foster connections among diverse groups.
鈥淲e believe Jewish life is not separate from campus life 鈥 it helps shape it,鈥 Singer says.
Communities like the Klehr Center collaborate across campus to create spaces where all students 鈥 regardless of background or belief 鈥 can explore identity, meaning, and connection, Singer said.
From leading religious observances to creating new traditions, Jewish students on campus are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones in a safe environment.
鈥淪tudents are developing leadership skills within their own faith traditions,鈥 Singer said.
The F&M Jewish community celebrates two major milestones in 2026: 60 years of F&M Hillel and the 18th anniversary of the Klehr Center.
A recent gift of $1 million from Brett Harwood 鈥71 will continue to support F&M鈥檚 vibrant Jewish life programming, foster campus dialogue, fund a faculty position and boost the College鈥檚 student retention efforts.
In 2024, the Klehr Center and F&M Hillel won the Philip H. and Susan Rudd Cohen Outstanding Campus Award for student engagement and leadership excellence from Hillel International.
